WPC Compounds

The Ballance Group offers a range of advanced PVC-based compounds designed specifically for decking applications, including PVC/Wood and PVC/Rice Husk blends. These compounds combine the durability and weather resistance of PVC with sustainable, natural elements.

PVC / Wood — wood-like aesthetic with the strength, low maintenance, and long-lasting performance of PVC. Ideal for outdoor decking in harsh weather conditions.

PVC / Rice Husk — an environmentally friendly option incorporating rice husk fibres for enhanced resistance to moisture, UV rays, and wear.

Recycled Polypropylene

The Ballance Group supplies a range of recycled polypropylene compounds engineered for consistent processability in injection moulding applications. Sourced from post-industrial and post-consumer waste streams, our recycled PP grades offer a cost-effective, sustainable alternative to virgin material — without compromising on mechanical performance.

Our recycled PP range includes black pellet feedstock for non-appearance-critical parts, reprocessed compounds with balanced mechanical properties, and mineral-filled grades for enhanced stiffness and reduced shrinkage in structural and semi-structural components.
